The Assembly System for Rapid Diagnostic Device(SHA-2500R) is a fully-Automated system, and the assembly system provides the automatic system on suppling the plastic device with the feeder.

As it operates automatically, the system load top and bottom plastic cases onto device transfer conveyors done manually by manpower, and the 1st vision inspection (2 SCP units) inspects an uncut sheet(membrane with reagent laminated) and cut them into strips. After proceeding with the cutting work, the assembly system places the fine quality strips into the bottom device under 2nd vision inspection(1 SCP unit)to assemble the top device and the bottom device with a strip inside, press the top & bottom device, and release the Final assembled devices to an outlet.
