BUCKLE SWITCH ASSEMBLY FUNCTION TESTER
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The buckle switch assembly inspection machine is used to assemble the buckle switch onto the PCB. It follows a process where the PCB is inserted to check if it is correctly positioned on the index. After checking, it verifies the presence of the slide on the index and performs pitch motion to transfer the slide. The machine assembles the plate located on the slide with the PCB. Furthermore, it conducts tests to ensure the operational capability of the assembled slide and marks the assembled PCB.
