Lighting Buckle Switch Inspection System
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The lighting buckle switch assembly inspection system is designed to insert a PCB, check whether the PCB is positioned in the index, perform a check on the slide’s alignment with the index, transfer the pitch, assemble the plate on the top of the slide with the PCB, and conduct an operational power test on the slide. It also involves marking the assembled PCB. Materials supplied to the feeder by the operator which are conveyed in order of PCB, slider, and plate. The Laser marking operation may vary based on the product concept.
