PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The SHA-4000 Assembly system for Rapid Diagnostic Device loads top and bottom cases onto main transfer rail are done by parts feeders, 1st vision inspection(2 units) of a card(membrane with reagent laminated), cutting the card to strips, placing the cut strips, placing the cut strip(2 SCP units) into the bottom case, coupling top device case with the bottom device case, 2nd vision inspection(1 unit), and release final assembled device to an outlet automatically.
