X4 Ceramic Vision Inspection and Assembly System
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The X4 Ceramic Vision Inspection Assembly Machine is a system that is designed to visually inspect ceramic products, determine defects, assemble qualified products on to spring reel, and discharge the finished products through molding. This system involves the loading of ceramics onto a feeder by an operator for reel supply. The system proceeds with pressing and product detection through sensors. The upper part of the product undergoes a visual inspection, checking for input or defects. After confirming the upper part, the ceramic product is inverted, and the bottom and side parts are visually inspected. After discharging the final product or defected products, the end of the index part detects any remaining ceramic products and verifies their presence.
